1956, Huantai Agricultural Machinery Maintenance & Manufacture Factory was founded, which was engaged in manufacturing agricultural mechanical components and agricultural tools, etc.
1980, Huantai County Committee and Government decided to rename the factory Huantai Knitting Factory specializing in towels and textile fabric, etc.
1984, Huantai Knitting Factory was renamed Zibo 5th Towel Factory.
1994, Zibo 5th Towel Factory was reorganized successfully and renamed Zibo Yuntao Textiles Co., Ltd.
2001, “Yuntao” towel serial products were awarded the title of “Famous Brand of Zibo”.
2004, the company moved to Huantan Industrial Park with convenient traffic, beautiful environment, and complete facilities.
2004, Zibo Yuntao was ISO9001-2000, ISO14001-1996, OHSAS18001-2001 certified.
2005, “Yuntao” towel won the title of “Famous Brand of Shandong”; “Yuntao” won the title of “Famous Trademark of Shandong”.
2005, Zibo Yuntao was awarded “Excellent Management Enterprise” by China Home Textile Association.
2006, Zibo Yuntao was awarded “Excellent Creditable Enterprise” by the People’s Bank of China.
2006, Zibo Yuntao products won Silver Prize and Excellent Prize, the highest prizes of National Textile Appraisal Contest.
2006, “Yuntao” towel serial products was awarded the title of “Famous Products of China”.
2006, “Yuntao” towel serial products was awarded title of “National Product Exempted from Inspection”.
2006, “Hepingzhi” towel designed by Yuntao won "Product Designing Prize", the only highest prize in 2006 China International Home Textile Designing Contest.
